Healthcare Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the implementation and monitoring of healthcare quality standards and patient safety initiatives.

* Ensure compliance with CBAHI standards, policies, and healthcare regulations.

* Participate in accreditation preparation, internal audits, and quality improvement projects.

* Monitor quality KPIs and prepare analytical reports for management review.

* Conduct quality assessments and identify areas for operational improvement.

* Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance healthcare service quality.

* Assist in developing policies, procedures, and quality documentation.

* Support staff awareness and training related to quality and patient safety standards.

* Participate in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related Medical field.

* Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is highly preferred.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare quality role.

* Proven track record in successful CBAHI accreditation cycles.

* Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

* Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and patient safety practices.

* Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
