🚨 WE’RE HIRING – HEALTHCARE QUALITY & CLINIC OPERATIONS OFFICER

🏥✨ Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is looking for an experienced Healthcare Quality & Clinic Operations Officer to support quality, compliance, and operational standards across our clinics in the UAE.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✅ Healthcare/Medical background – Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Allied Health, or related field
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a UAE healthcare, dermatology, aesthetic, dental, or medical clinic.
✅ Strong understanding of clinic setup, healthcare operations, and patient-care processes
✅ Experience with quality management, SOPs, policies, audits, documentation, and compliance
✅ Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory requirements and inspection standards
✅ Ability to monitor clinical and operational procedures and identify areas for improvement
✅ Experience in handling incident reports, patient complaints, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives
✅ Good understanding of infection control, patient safety, documentation, and clinical workflow
✅ Ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, clinic managers, and administration teams
✅ Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
✅ UAE healthcare experience is mandatory
✅ Candidate must be currently based in the UAE
