Working closely and support nursing staff and other multidisciplinary team to provide the everyday non-clinical needs of the residents and families.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care Support
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Support patient mobility and safe handling techniques.
- Help with patient activities, social engagement, and external trips.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked patient environments.
- Follow care plans under supervision of nurses/therapists.
- Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
- Contribute positively to a supportive team environment and mentor junior staff.
- Professional Development
- Participate in training, self-development, and performance reviews.
- Maintain skills, knowledge, and professional standards.
- Quality & Service Improvement
- Contribute to service improvements, audits, and quality initiatives.
- Support stock control, administrative tasks, and excellent patient experience.
- Safety, Compliance & Ethics
- Follow infection control, occupational health & safety, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to policies and UAE regulations.
- Report incidents and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Nursing Aide / Caregiver (required)
- Diploma in Nursing (preferred)
- Valid BLS certification (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience (preferably long-term care)
- English fluency required; Arabic preferred
