Role Description The Hair Transplant Specialist will perform comprehensive hair restoration consultations, design individualized treatment plans, and carry out hair transplant procedures using approved medical techniques and protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patient medical histories, explaining treatment options and expectations, preparing patients and procedure rooms, executing graft extraction and implantation, and monitoring recovery and follow-up care. The specialist will coordinate with nursing and support staff, maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to safety and infection-control standards, and provide clear post-procedure guidance to patients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care for aesthetically pleasing and natural-looking transplant results.
- Solid foundation in Cosmetology principles relevant to hair and scalp health, cosmetic procedures, and treatment planning.
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Relevant medical or aesthetic qualification (e.g., MD, specialist certification, or recognized cosmetology/hair transplant training), with valid local licensing or eligibility to obtain it.
- Demonstrated experience performing or assisting with hair transplant procedures (FUE, FUT, or similar techniques) in a clinical setting.
- Commitment to infection control, patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
