DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Reputation
- Define and implement a unified brand strategy across all markets and service lines.
- Oversee corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and brand reputation management.
- Ensure brand values and messaging are consistently reflected in all patient and customer touchpoints.
Growth & Partnerships
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, service-line expansions, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead go-to-market strategies to enhance visibility, patient acquisition, and retention.
- Establish and manage alliances that create long-term value and diversify revenue streams.
Innovation & Digital
- Champion innovation by fostering a culture of creativity and piloting emerging technologies.
- Develop and oversee a “digital front door” strategy including website, mobile app, and omnichannel platforms.
- Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to enable data-driven growth and engagement.
Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure all branding, marketing, and customer engagement activities comply with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, UAE data protection laws, and JCI standards.
- Work with Quality & Governance teams to integrate patient experience into performance indicators.
People & Financial Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team across brand, growth, innovation, and patient experience.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring return on investment for growth and innovation initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Innovation preferred.
- Certifications in digital transformation, brand management, or customer experience preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership across brand, growth, innovation, or patient experience with at least five (5) years in a senior leadership capacity with responsibility for enterprise-wide strategies, teams, and budgets.
- Knowledge of brand strategy, corporate communications, and reputation management in service-driven sectors.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient experience frameworks.
- Skills in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and partnership development.
- Skills in digital transformation, CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel engagement.
- Ability to influence and inspire at executive level, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage organizational change.
