About the job:

The General Practitioner (GP) supports the Health Events by providing on-site medical assessments, promoting preventive care and education during health events. The GP plays a key role in early detection, patient education and referral coordination, helping integrate participants into appropriate healthcare services.

1. Medical Support & Event Participation Provide on-site general education and health assessments during health lounge events in corporate settings.

2. • Preventive Support Care the execution & Education of targeted wellness programs and general health screenings tailored to company-specific needs. Offer preventive health awareness and lifestyle education to event participants. • Deliver concise and innovation health education sessions on common conditions and self-care strategies to promote well-being among employees.

3. Screening Assessment Identify individuals with potential general health risks and refer them to a primary care physician for further evaluation and management. Interpret screening results and provide immediate guidance or recommendations for further medical evaluation or follow-up.

Record clinical findings accurately and ensure the safe handling of participant data.

4.Coordination & Referrals Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and event team coordinators to streamline patient flow and referral processes. Refer care. individuals needing specialized care to appropriate departments within the hospital network to ensure continuity of Support the follow-up of referred cases to ensure participants receive appropriate attention post-event.
5.Client Engagement & Hospital Integration Act as a medical liaison, helping potential clients understand the hospital’s services and how to navigate their care journey. Encourage participants to utilize preventive care and primary health services through the hospital. Support relevant integrate

7. Equipment& Readiness Ensure proper use and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment during events. Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in the clinical area of the event venues.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate.
  • Experience participating in or supporting community health events, wellness programs, and outreach initiatives,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
