We Are Hiring: General Dentist – Immediate Joining

Doctor Beauty Poly Clinic L.L.C. is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our clinic in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.

We are looking for a dentist who is confident in performing a full range of general and aesthetic dental procedures, including smile makeovers and cosmetic treatments, while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses and treatment planning
• Perform preventive, restorative and general dental procedures within the approved DHA scope of practice
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, crowns, bridges and dentures
• Carry out cosmetic and aesthetic dental procedures, including veneers, Hollywood Smile cases, teeth whitening, composite bonding, smile design and other minimally invasive aesthetic treatments
• Develop personalised treatment plans and explain procedures, costs, risks and aftercare instructions clearly to patients
• Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and clinical documentation
• Follow DHA standards, infection-control protocols and patient-safety requirements
• Coordinate effectively with nurses, reception staff and clinic management
• Support patient retention through excellent patient experience, professional follow-ups and ethical treatment recommendations
• Maintain confidentiality and the highest standards of professional conduct

Requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent)
• Valid DHA Licence or DHA Eligibility Letter ready for immediate facility activation
• All required documents, including degree, transcript and experience certificates, must be available
• Proven experience performing both general dentistry and cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry
• Experience with veneers, Hollywood Smile cases, teeth whitening, composite bonding and smile makeovers is highly preferred
• Experience with crowns, bridges, root canal treatments, extractions and other comprehensive dental procedures
• Previous UAE clinical experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication, consultation and patient-management skills
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Good Management skills
• Must be available to join immediately
