We’re Hiring! Field Service Engineer.

Alkan Medical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven field Service Engineer to join our team. If you’re passionate about healthcare and sales, this is your chance to make a real impact in the medical field!

Area: Cairo

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing service support for GE Ultrasound.
* Technical troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment in the targeted Modality in the assigned area.
* Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instructions.
* Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
* Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
* Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
* Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health, and Safety and/or other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Managing vendors’ service delivery processes in compliance with GE Healthcare policies.
* Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
* Identifies Sales opportunities and communicates to the accounts team.
* Assists in Account Sales visits.
* Working as a member of the local team provides an efficient delivery service to all accounts within the assigned area.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.

* Mus have 1- 3 years of experience in ultrasound maintenence.

* Ability to install and maintain medical equipment.

* Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

* Good communication skills.

* English proficiency is preferred.

* residing in Cairo is must.
