Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Medicine Specialist based in Abu Dhabi. The Family Medicine Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients’ health concerns, with a focus on personalized and family-centered care. Routine tasks include assessing patient health, developing treatment plans, managing chronic and acute conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The role involves maintaining comprehensive communication with patients and their families to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in Family Medicine and general practice, including diagnosing, treating, and managing diverse health conditions.
• Proficiency in Emergency Medicine and skills in handling urgent patient needs with confidence.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Experience in collaborative environments, working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• A valid DOH license and relevant certifications, such as BLS (Basic Life Support), are required.
• Commitment to staying updated on medical advancements and continuous professional development.
• Prior experience in home health care or community health is an advantage.
