Requirements:
DOH licensed or eligible
Experience in general and family medicine practice
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services
Diagnose and treat patients of all age groups
Promote preventive healthcare and patient education
Maintain accurate medical records
