Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receives and stores documents, contracts and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
- Maintains the facility store warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Ensure that all received supplies are logged into the system and stored in the correct locations.
- Ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking and document management
- Prepare inventory reports for hospital management to track supply consumption and expenditure.
- The employment terms and conditions for this position are specified in the individuals Employment Contract
Position Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduation from high school minimum.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in a Hospital especially in Facility Management.
Computer literate

- Perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records;
- Perform physical labour; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.
Familiar with modern warehouse procedures, facility maintenance materials including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, freight tags, and the use and meaning of each; computerized warehouse record keeping systems
