Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Regional Head of META’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with strong prioritization and confidentiality including meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership visits, town halls, workshops, and business reviews.
- Handle all administration support including expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, approvals, and other administrative processes.
- Support clear and timely communication across leadership teams, functions, and regional/global partners.
- Support the planning, tracking, and execution of strategic projects, leadership initiatives, and functional priorities, maintaining project timelines, action logs, decision trackers, and status updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and commitments are met.
- Help prepare dashboards, reports, and progress summaries for leadership review.
- Support preparation for leadership meetings, business reviews, and key decision forums. Consolidating inputs from different teams into structured summaries, talking points, or executive briefs.
- Connect dots across initiatives and highlight areas requiring attention.
- Support special projects, events, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in executive assistance, business support, project coordination, or office management.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives, regional leaders, or C-level stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Experience in multinational, matrix, or fast-paced corporate environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong project coordination and follow-up discipline.
- High level of confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and digital collaboration tool skills.
- Business acumen and the ability to understand leadership priorities.
