Role Description

Endodontist (Commission-Based)

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time (Commission-Based)

Visa Status: Candidate must have own valid UAE visa

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Endodontist with a strong patient following to join our dental clinic on a commission basis. The ideal candidate should be clinically confident, patient-oriented, and capable of independently managing endodontic cases while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive endodontic procedures including:

• Root canal treatments (simple & complex)

• Re-RCTs

• Management of endodontic emergencies

• Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions accurately

• Maintain high standards of clinical care and infection control

• Build and retain patient trust through excellent communication

• Coordinate with general dentists and specialists for multidisciplinary cases

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with DHA regulations

Required Qualifications

• BDS with MDS / Specialist Degree in Endodontics

• Valid DHA Eligibility or License

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience preferred

• Proven own patient base / good social or clinical following

• Must be on own visa (clinic will not provide visa)

• Excellent chairside manner and patient conversion skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ethical, professional, and growth-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working on a commission-only model
