Echo Technician – Rolla – Sharjah

responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures of the heart to help physicians assess and diagnose cardiovascular conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms (2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow studies)
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort
• Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment safely and accurately
• Capture high-quality images and measurements of cardiac structures
• Analyze preliminary findings and prepare reports for cardiologists
• Assist cardiologists during stress echo or transesophageal echo (TEE) procedures when required
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Follow infection control, safety, and hospital/ clinical protocols
• Perform routine equipment calibration and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Echocardiography / Cardiac Technology / Allied Health Sciences
• Certification in Echocardiography
