🚀 We’re Hiring: DRG Coding Specialist | Full-Time | Hybrid | UAE

Are you an experienced DRG Coding Specialist with a strong background in inpatient coding and UAE healthcare regulations? Join Ntigra and play a key role in ensuring accurate clinical coding, compliance, and optimal reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assign and validate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG codes for inpatient cases
✔ Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness
✔ Ensure compliance with HAAD, DHA, MOH, and UAE DRG guidelines
✔ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to resolve coding and documentation queries
✔ Support coding audits and maintain high standards of data quality

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, or any related healthcare field (Preferred)
✅ CPC, CIC, or CCS certification (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of DRG coding experience
✅ Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, MS-DRG, and APR-DRG
✅ Experience with EHR systems and coding/auditing software
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
