Role Description The Clinic Assistant role at Spectra Cure Clinic is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Clinic Assistant duties
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with clinical examination documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical notes and documentation in accordance with clinic standards.
- Prepare and record meeting minutes, ensuring action items are documented and followed up.
- Track clinical and administrative data, maintaining accurate records for reporting and performance monitoring.
- Follow up with the reception team regarding patient appointments, scheduling changes, and confirmations.
- Prepare regular administrative and operational reports for management.
- Support communication between clinicians, reception staff, and patients to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Monitor outstanding follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframe
- Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional Patient Care in a non-clinical support capacity.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling records, forms, and daily administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in computer and clinic management systems.
- Previous experience in a medical or mental health setting is an advantage.
- Medical Degree
- 3+ years Experience
- Background or experience in Pediatrics is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
