As part of our continued growth, DPFM is expanding its wellness and therapeutic services and is seeking experienced Beauty Therapists / Massage Therapists who are passionate about helping clients achieve optimal health, relaxation, and well-being.

Role Overview

DPFM is seeking a skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist / Massage Therapist with 5–7 years of professional experience to provide exceptional therapeutic and wellness treatments to our growing patient and client base.

The successful candidate will deliver a range of massage and wellness therapies while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, client care, hygiene, and service excellence.

Clinical & Wellness Services

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and skin assessments to identify individual treatment needs and goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on skin type, medical history, lifestyle factors, and desired outcomes
• Perform a range of professional beauty and aesthetic treatments, including:
• Facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, and rejuvenation therapies
• Chemical peels (where licensed and certified)
• LED light therapy and non-invasive skin treatments
• Body treatments, exfoliation, and detoxification therapies
• Deliver professional massage therapies, including:
• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Sports Massage
• Relaxation Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage (if qualified)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate clients on skincare routines, wellness practices, and preventive self-care measures
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and home-care programs to support treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate treatment records, client notes, consent forms, and progress documentation
• Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with DHA regulations and industry best practices
• Recognize contraindications and refer clients to physicians, physiotherapists, or other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Support post-treatment recovery and wellness programs in collaboration with the clinic’s multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Promote holistic wellness by integrating beauty, relaxation, and therapeutic treatments that enhance clients’ physical and emotional well-being

Client Care & Experience

• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and post-treatment recommendations
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Professional Standards

• Adhere to DHA regulations, clinic policies, and industry best practices
• Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and safety standards
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained to clinic standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Candidate Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist and/or Massage Therapist
• Relevant certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter preferred
• Experience in therapeutic, sports, and wellness massage techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
