Oxygen Home Health Care Center is seeking a DHA Assistant Nurse to provide safe, personalized home care. You will support patients’ comfort and dignity, assist with daily needs, administer medications as required by the care plan, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized home care based on individual care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation).
• Administer medications as per the care plan and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with wound care and basic patient monitoring as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and progress notes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Support patients emotionally and provide companionship for improved quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to support care goals.
• Follow DHA and organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DHA License required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred in home care or similar settings).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility for a live-in arrangement is essential; please do not apply if this does not suit you.
