Lumiere Skin Clinic Center Group LLC is seeking an experienced Dermatology Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position for a highly skilled dermatologist with a passion for both medical and aesthetic dermatology.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological consultations, diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice. The role includes performing advanced aesthetic procedures, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, and delivering the highest standards of patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive dermatology consultations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin, hair, and nail disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures including:
• Botulinum Toxin (Botox)
• Dermal Fillers
• Skin Boosters
• PRP Therapy
• Mesotherapy
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Thread Lifting (preferred)
• Minor dermatologic surgical procedures
• Perform laser consultations and supervise laser treatment plans where applicable.
• Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatment regimens.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in compliance with DOH regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with laser therapists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and compliance with DOH and healthcare accreditation standards.
• Contribute to business growth through excellent patient satisfaction, retention, and ethical clinical practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology.
• Valid DOH License as a Dermatology Specialist (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dermatology, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of dermatological conditions.
• Extensive experience in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in:
• Botox
• Dermal Fillers
• Skin Boosters
• PRP
• Mesotherapy
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Laser treatment planning
• Thread Lift procedures (preferred)
• Experience in acne management, pigmentation disorders, scar revision, anti-aging treatments, and skin rejuvenation.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to build strong patient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, medical ethics, and clinical governance.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and compliance with DOH standards.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.
• Fluency in ARABICS is required; ENGLISH language skills are an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing patient base or strong reputation within the UAE aesthetic market will have an added advantage.
