Role Description The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions for a diverse patient population. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and other dermatologic interventions, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices. The role involves close collaboration with cosmetic surgeons and other clinicians, accurate documentation of patient records, adherence to safety and infection-control protocols, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The Dermatologist will also educate patients on skincare regimens, post-treatment care, and preventive measures, while staying current with emerging therapies and technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
• Advanced expertise in Dermatology, including evaluation and treatment of common and complex skin disorders.
• Specialized skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, with experience in procedures such as injectables, laser therapies, and aesthetic skin treatments.
• Proficiency in managing Acne and related skin conditions, including evidence-based medical and procedural therapies.
• Recognized medical degree and completed residency in Dermatology; board certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Valid or eligibility for medical licensure in the United Arab Emirates, with compliance to local regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment, and maintain meticulous clinical documentation.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills and prior experience in cosmetic or aesthetic clinics are advantageous.
