Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Receptionist role based in Heliopolis. The Dental Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth flow at the front desk. Daily tasks include handling appointment scheduling, confirming and rescheduling visits, and maintaining accurate patient records in the practice management system. The role involves answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating with dental care staff, and handling basic administrative duties such as updating files and processing payments. The Dental Receptionist also supports a clean and organized reception area and contributes to a professional and friendly atmosphere for patients and visitors.
Qualifications

  • Strong Appointment Scheduling skills and ability to manage calendars efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of Dental Care processes to support patient inquiries and coordination.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills with patients and team members.
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, handling files, and managing front desk operations.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Proficiency with office software and practice management systems is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a respectful, inclusive attitude toward all patients and colleagues.
