Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Dubai is for a skilled Dental Ceramist. In this position, the candidate will fabricate dental restorations, including crowns, veneers, and dentures, using both traditional methods and digital tools. Daily tasks include sculpting, shading, and polishing ceramics to achieve natural aesthetics, collaborating with dentists to meet patient-specific requirements, and ensuring quality control in every restoration. The role also involves maintaining laboratory equipment and upholding a high standard of precision and craftsmanship in all work.

Job Responsibilities

• Ceramic layering and aesthetic build-up for dental restorations including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant-supported prosthetics to achieve natural tooth morphology.
• Handling Feldspathic and E-max cases with high attention to detail and aesthetic outcomes.
• Working on full arch implant-supported restorations, ensuring precision and functional accuracy.
• Performing staining and glazing using advanced surface characterization techniques and proper furnace firing protocols to ensure accurate shade matching and durability.
• Contouring, finishing, and polishing ceramic restorations to meet high clinical and laboratory quality standards.
• Maintaining strict compliance with DHA health, safety, and dental laboratory sterilization protocols.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of dental ceramics and porcelain systems used in crowns, bridges, and veneers
• Experience in layering, staining, and glazing ceramic restorations to achieve natural aesthetics
• Proficiency in ceramic build-up techniques for zirconia, E.max, and porcelain restorations
• Skilled in finishing, contouring, and polishing ceramic restorations to ensure optimal function and appearance
• Strong understanding of ceramic firing cycles and furnace operation
• Hands-on expertise in crafting Dentures and other prosthetic appliances.
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to producing high-quality dental restorations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with dental professionals.
• Certification or degree in Dental Laboratory Technology is preferred.
• Prior experience in a high-tech dental laboratory environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with DHA health, safety, and dental laboratory sterilization protocols.
