Job Title: Customer Service Executive (UAE National)
​Location: STEPS Clinic, Al Nahda, Dubai, UAE
Salary Range – AED 6000 to AED 7000

Reports to: Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor

​Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at STEPS Clinic. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a professional, efficient, and seamless experience for every client.


​Qualifications & Requirements:
UAE national
High school certificate
Family book number

Working hours: 8 hours with 1 hour break
2 days Week off
