We’re Hiring | Customer Care & Sales Executive
Nordic Home Healthcare – Dubai
Nordic Home Healthcare is a licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE, committed to delivering high-quality medical care at home. We are currently looking for a Customer Care & Sales Executive (1–5 years experience) to join our growing team.
This role focuses on handling inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries generated by our marketing team and converting qualified leads into confirmed clients, while maintaining excellent customer experience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Understand patient and family needs and recommend appropriate services
Convert inquiries into bookings and follow up on pending leads
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Requirements
1–5 years experience in customer care, telesales, or service-based sales
Healthcare or home care experience is an advantage
Strong communication and closing skills
English required (Arabic is a plus)
Customer-focused, ethical, and target-oriented
