Limitless Care is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and support our patient-focused programs.
Role Overview:
You will represent Limitless Care at events and patient touchpoints, engage directly with patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure a positive, supportive experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend medical events and patient programs
- Engage, support, and communicate directly with patients
- Explain services and guide patients through their journey
- Represent the company professionally on-site
- Collect feedback and support service improvement
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or final-year undergraduates
- Background in Pharmacy or Physiotherapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, professional, and people-oriented
- Willing to work in a field-based role
