Limitless Care is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and support our patient-focused programs.

Role Overview:

You will represent Limitless Care at events and patient touchpoints, engage directly with patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure a positive, supportive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend medical events and patient programs
  • Engage, support, and communicate directly with patients
  • Explain services and guide patients through their journey
  • Represent the company professionally on-site
  • Collect feedback and support service improvement

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or final-year undergraduates
  • Background in Pharmacy or Physiotherapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, professional, and people-oriented
  • Willing to work in a field-based role
