Continuous Improvement Officer-AHS-Patient Experience
As a Continuous Improvement Officer, you will contribute to elevating patient experience by turning data into meaningful insights and leading improvement initiatives. You will analyse feedback, operational metrics, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for better outcomes- ensuring that every improvement directly impacts the quality of patient care.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using excel and Power BI to support management decisions
- Design and deliver data-driven presentations that clearly communicate findings and actionable recommendations
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the patient journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure sustainability of improvements
- Provide ongoing data validation and quality assurance to maintain accuracy and reliability of insights
Key Requirements
- Strong analytical, statistical and data analytics skills- with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or equivalent data visualization tools)
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify data for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business analytics or a related field (Advanced degree is plus)
- Experience in healthcare or service improvement roles preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
