Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. The ideal candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis and management of endocrine disorders in infants, children, and adolescents, while contributing to clinical excellence, teaching, and service development.

Clinical Evaluation & Treatment: Assess and manage pediatric patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus (Type 1 and 2), growth disorders, thyroid and adrenal gland dysfunctions, puberty-related conditions, and metabolic syndromes.

• Diagnostic Procedures: Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies, and perform dynamic hormonal testing to evaluate endocrine function.

• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating hormone therapies, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle modifications.

• Patient and Family Education: Provide counseling to patients and families regarding disease management, treatment adherence, and long-term care strategies.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with pediatricians, dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care.

• Emergency Care: Provide coverage for endocrinology emergencies outside regular working hours.
