Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties.
Mubadala Health Dubai, part of M42, is seeking a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join its women’s health services. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, high‑quality obstetric and gynecological care within a patient‑centred, well‑governed healthcare environment, supported by modern facilities and multidisciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering safe maternity services and specialised gynecological care while contributing to clinical excellence, quality improvement, and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist obstetric and gynecological care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services, in line with international clinical standards.
- Manage a broad range of gynecological conditions through outpatient clinics and surgical interventions within the approved scope of practice.
- Perform obstetric procedures and gynecological surgeries as clinically indicated.
- Develop and implement individualized care and treatment plans based on evidence‑based guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with midwives, anesthetists, neonatologists, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety activities.
- Provide patient education and counselling, supporting informed decision‑making and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Recognised medical degree with Consultant‑level qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g. CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent).
- Eligibility for DOH licensure as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist.
- Relevant post‑qualification experience at Consultant level in a tertiary or reputable healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient‑centred and safety‑focused approach to care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
