Burjeel Medical City is looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our renowned team of specialists. As a Consultant, you will:
• Provide expert clinical care for critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU.
• Lead the management of complex neonatal cases using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive neonatal care.
• Support family-centered care through effective communication and compassionate guidance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and clinical research.
Requirements:
• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Neonatology.
• Proven expertise in managing complex neonatal intensive care cases.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
