We are inviting applications from well-established and experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon who would like to be a part of this excellent team.

Education|Experience|License:

Basic Medical Degree recognized by DHA Licensing Authority

Completion of a relevant recognized higher professional education program.

License issued by DHA as Consultant Neurosurgeon

10 Plus years of experience after higher degree of qualification

5 Years of minimum experience as a Consultant in a reputed hospital.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze patient
• ‘s medical history, medication allergies, physical condition, and examination results to verify operation’s necessity and to determine best procedure.
• Prescribe preoperative and postoperative treatments and procedures, such as sedatives, diets, antibiotics, and preparation and treatment of the patient’s operative area.
• Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, assistants, specialists, residents and other medical staff.
• Examine patient to provide information on medical condition and surgical risk.
• Follow established surgical techniques during the operation.
• Operate on patients to correct deformities, repair injuries, prevent and treat diseases, or improve or restore patients’ functions.
• Refer patient to medical specialist or other practitioners when necessary.
• Conduct research to develop and test surgical techniques that can improve operating procedures and outcomes.
• Examine instruments, equipment, and operating room to ensure sterility.
• Manage surgery services, including planning, scheduling and coordination, determination of procedures, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare case histories.
• Provide consultation and surgical assistance to other physicians and surgeons.
• Diagnose bodily disorders and orthopedic conditions and provide treatments, such as medicines and surgeries, in clinics, hospital wards, and operating rooms.
• Motivating staff to perform to their optimum efficiency. Provide coaching and mentoring to develop/enhance their skills

• Promoting the hospital’s services on social occasions and refer the hospital to new patients
• Contributing and discussing case studies in internal doctors meeting or external gathering
• Attending conferences, seminars, conventions to gain and contribute knowledge and expertise
• Maintain discipline and set example through self.
• Any other functions as specified in the credentialing and privileges.
