Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized medical care to premature newborns and infants with birth defects or illnesses
- Educate and guide families regarding patient conditions, treatment plans, and recommendations for care
- Stabilize and manage the health of newborns following cesarean sections or other complex deliveries
- Analyze and interpret prenatal reports to identify potential abnormalities
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for newborns requiring specialized care
- Collaborate with nutritionists to design appropriate dietary plans for neonatal patients
- Offer comprehensive follow-up care to monitor and support the health and development of patients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Neonatologist (minimum experience requirement to be specified)
- Expertise in managing complex and traumatic births in newborns
- Strong patient care and management skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Valid medical license and credentials
- A degree in medicine (MD or equivalent) with relevant specialization
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
