Job Title: Commercial Manager

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving commercial performance across PureHealth entities by combining strong operational execution with analytical and strategic capabilities. The role focuses on revenue growth, margin optimization, KPI tracking, and performance improvement initiatives, while supporting strategic decision-making and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive key commercial KPIs (volume, revenue, yield, margin) across entities
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure alignment between operational performance and financial outcomes
  • Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Drive pricing optimization and support implementation of pricing strategies
  • Improve payor mix, service mix, and case mix to maximize profitability
  • Support revenue recovery and leakage reduction initiatives
  • Track execution of commercial initiatives and ensure delivery against targets
  • Improve operational processes impacting commercial outcomes (patient flow, conversion, utilization)
  • Support rollout of new services, pricing models, and commercial programs
  • Support development of business cases and commercial strategies
  • Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and opportunity sizing
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Partner with hospital leadership, finance, operations, and marketing teams
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and operations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools

Desired qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field
  • MBA or professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
  • 6–10 years of experience in commercial, strategy, or performance roles
  • Experience in healthcare, consulting, or corporate strategy functions preferred
  • Proven track record in revenue optimization, pricing, or performance management
  • Exposure to both operational execution and strategic project delivery
  • Commercial performance management (revenue, volume, yield, margin)
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills (business cases, P&L, KPI tracking)
  • Pricing strategy and contract performance management
  • Advanced Excel and data tools; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Strong presentation and structured problem-solving skills (consulting toolkit)
