Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise clinic operations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with CBAHI/JCIA standards and MOH regulations
  • Submit monthly reports to management including performance indicators and productivity metrics
  • Coordinate with various departments to improve service delivery
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and patient experience
  • Apply safety and infection control protocols within the clinics

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field
  • Additional certifications in quality or healthcare leadership are an advantage
  • At least 10 years of experience in a hospital or accredited healthcare facility
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Effective communication and cross-department coordination abilities
  • Proficiency with clinic systems and electronic workflows
  • Ability to lead strategies for improving patient experience
