Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise clinic operations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with CBAHI/JCIA standards and MOH regulations
- Submit monthly reports to management including performance indicators and productivity metrics
- Coordinate with various departments to improve service delivery
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and patient experience
- Apply safety and infection control protocols within the clinics
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field
- Additional certifications in quality or healthcare leadership are an advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in a hospital or accredited healthcare facility
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Effective communication and cross-department coordination abilities
- Proficiency with clinic systems and electronic workflows
- Ability to lead strategies for improving patient experience
