Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Supervisor role based in Al Ain. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring that patient care, safety, and service standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting case reviews, monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with medical and administrative teams to optimize patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. The Clinical Supervisor will also support staff training, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and help maintain a patient-centered, respectful, and professional clinic environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in psychology and behavioral health, with practical knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance feedback, and staff coaching in a clinical setting.
• Experience in case management, including assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up coordination.
• Clinical supervision experience, with the ability to review cases, provide clinical guidance, and support adherence to best practices.
• Relevant degree in psychology, counseling, nursing, or a related clinical field; advanced certification or licensure is an asset.
• Experience in a medical, aesthetic, or wellness clinic environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a patient-centered mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in clinical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
