What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Guide healthcare professionals through onboarding and ensure seamless adoption of our AI-driven technology.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively offer support to enhance their experience.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure devices are used correctly and efficiently.
- Educate customers on best practices and product features to maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to improve customer experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance our product and service.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or another Allied Health Science field.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Clinical and technical knowledge relevant to AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
