What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Guide healthcare professionals through onboarding and ensure seamless adoption of our AI-driven technology.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively offer support to enhance their experience.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure devices are used correctly and efficiently.
  • Educate customers on best practices and product features to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to improve customer experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance our product and service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or another Allied Health Science field.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Clinical and technical knowledge relevant to AI-powered healthcare solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
