Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Critical Care and Interventional Solutions Clinical Specialist, based in Doha, Qatar. The Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical knowledge, support, and training to healthcare providers. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with customers to optimize the use of medical devices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with advanced critical care and interventional systems. The role also involves providing education and updates on product advancements and assisting in implementation and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Critical Care Medicine and a deep understanding of medical devices used in critical care and peripheral interventional procedures
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex medical concepts clearly
  • Customer Service acumen with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Background in Medicine with relevant certifications or training
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
  • Prior experience in clinical education, technical support, or a related healthcare role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • ICU or IR nurse is the first priority.
