Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated DHA License Clinical Psychologist with strong clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate is confident in managing a diverse caseload and delivering evidence-based psychological care within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
• Manage cases involving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, family medicine doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide psychoeducation and crisis intervention when required.
• Participate in professional development and clinic initiatives.

Requirements

• DHA License as Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, integrative models, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
