Role Description The Freelance Clinical Psychologist (Part time) will provide remote, evidence-based psychological services to clients via TherapyMantra’s online platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, delivering individual therapy sessions, and, where appropriate, supporting couples, families, and children using client-centered approaches. The role involves developing treatment plans, administering and interpreting psychological tests, documenting clinical notes in accordance with professional and ethical standards, and coordinating care with other mental health professionals when needed. The psychologist will maintain regular availability for online sessions, respond to client inquiries through secure channels, and contribute to a supportive, culturally sensitive environment. This is a part time, fully remote freelance role with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
Reliable internet connection, private workspace, and availability for part time, remote client sessions across time zones as needed.
Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Experience in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health care, such as diagnosing and treating a range of emotional and psychological concerns.
Background in Clinical Supervision, peer consultation, or mentoring within a clinical setting is an advantage.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Active license or registration to practice as a Clinical Psychologist (or equivalent) in relevant jurisdiction(s), in good standing.
Prior experience delivering therapy in telehealth or online settings, with strong comfort using digital tools and secure platforms.
Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to maintain clear, timely clinical documentation.
