CLINICAL CODER
Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Health Information Administration,
  Medical Records, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of hospital clinical coding experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM, ACHI, ACS, AR-DRG, Saudi Billing System (SBS), and NPHIES
• Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Relevant coding certification (SCHS, HIMAA, AAPC CCP-KSA, or equivalent) is preferred
  Responsibilities:
• Assign diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-AM and ACHI
• Review medical records and ensure complete and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with SBS, NPHIES, CHI regulations, and hospital coding standards
• Support Revenue Cycle Management by reducing coding-related claim denials
• Participate in coding audits and maintain coding quality and productivity
