Role Description The Clinic Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery. This role coordinates staffing schedules, supervises frontline and administrative teams, and monitors adherence to clinical protocols and organizational policies. The Clinic Supervisor manages patient flow, supports customer service standards, addresses escalated patient concerns, and collaborates with healthcare providers to optimize appointment utilization and resource allocation. Additional responsibilities include overseeing medical records processes, supporting compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, assisting with inventory and equipment needs, and generating basic operational reports for management. The role also involves coaching team members, facilitating training, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and clinic performance.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
