*Kaya Wellness & Longevity* is expanding its team in Al Ain and is inviting qualified candidates to attend a *walk-in interview* for the following positions:

1. *Clinic Manager*

2. *Sales Manager*

3. *Client Coordinator*

We are looking for experienced, professional, and customer-focused candidates who can contribute to the growth of a premium wellness, aesthetics, and longevity clinic.

## *Walk-In Interview Details*

*Time:* 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

*Location:* Kaya Wellness & Longevity –Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain

*City:* Al Ain, UAE

## *1. Clinic Manager*

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent patient experience, team performance, and compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage daily clinic operations and staff performance.

* Supervise front desk, nursing, customer service, and administrative teams.

* Ensure a premium patient journey from booking to follow-up.

* Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and service efficiency.

* Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and department heads.

* Maintain clinic standards, hygiene, documentation, and operational protocols.

* Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

* Track clinic performance, revenue, bookings, and operational KPIs.

* Support management in business planning and process improvement.

* Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

*Requirements:*

* Previous experience as a Clinic Manager or Operations Manager in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, dental, or wellness clinics.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong understanding of patient experience and clinic operations.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of Al Ain healthcare operations is preferred.

* Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.

## *2. Sales Manager*

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving clinic revenue, managing sales performance, improving conversion rates, and supporting the growth of wellness, dermatology, aesthetics, and longevity services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.

* Manage leads, inquiries, consultations, and conversion performance.

* Train and support the team on sales scripts, service packages, and patient handling.

* Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, closing rates, and patient retention.

* Promote clinic services, packages, memberships, and treatment plans.

* Work closely with marketing to convert campaign leads into bookings.

* Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships and referral programs.

* Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.

* Ensure all sales communication remains ethical, professional, and patient-centered.

* Support upselling and cross-selling of clinic services.

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, beauty, or luxury services.

* Strong ability to convert leads into bookings and consultations.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Target-driven mindset with strong reporting and follow-up skills.

* Experience managing a sales or client-facing team is preferred.

* Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.

* Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

* Existing network in Al Ain is an advantage.

## *3. Client Coordinator*

The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client communication, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and ensuring every patient receives a smooth and professional experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

* Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.

* Follow up with leads, existing clients, and post-treatment patients.

* Explain clinic services, packages, and treatment options professionally.

* Coordinate between clients, doctors, nurses, and internal teams.

* Maintain accurate client records and booking details.

* Support sales conversion through professional follow-up.

* Ensure a welcoming and premium client experience.

* Manage reminders, cancellations, rescheduling, and patient feedback.

* Support front desk and administrative duties when needed.

*Requirements:*

* Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, reception, telesales, or clinic administration.

* Experience in a clinic, aesthetics center, wellness center, or luxury service environment is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

* Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

* Ability to handle clients with patience, confidence, and professionalism.

* Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

* Knowledge of booking systems or CRM tools is an advantage.

## *General Requirements:*

* Based in Al Ain or willing to work in Al Ain .

* Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or luxury services is preferred.

* Ability to work in a premium client-facing environment.
