Lumos Clinics is an upscale aesthetic and wellness clinic in Dubai, known for outstanding client service and visible results. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Clinic Manager to lead our team and daily operations.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a driven Clinic Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll oversee the clinic’s day-to-day activities, manage staff, and ensure every client enjoys a smooth, high-end experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Lead, motivate, and manage the front desk, nurses, and medical teams
• Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement
• Oversee scheduling, bookings, and client flow
• Implement and maintain policies to meet DHA regulations and clinic standards
• Support marketing, promotions, and social media coordination
• Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns professionally
• Prepare financial and operational reports for management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience managing an aesthetic, medical, or wellness clinic in Dubai
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with DHA compliance and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Confident, client-focused, and detail-oriented
• Proficient with clinic software and basic financial reporting
