Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented and strategic Clinic Manager to lead operations at our multi-specialty clinic. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for profit & loss (P&L), drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure excellent patient experience in line with regulatory and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L & Revenue Management
  • Take ownership of the clinic P&L: maximize revenue while maintaining cost control
  • Monitor and optimize billing, collections, insurance reimbursements, and service pricing
  • Drive growth strategies for clinical and aesthetic departments (e.g., Dermatology, Family Medicine, etc.)
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with finance to set and track monthly/quarterly financial targets
  • Operational & Team Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across departments
  • Ensure optimal patient flow, appointment efficiency, and service coordination
  • Enforce compliance with CBAHI, MOH regulations, and insurance policies
  • Business Development & Marketing Support
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute campaigns to boost patient footfall and service uptake
  • Monitor patient acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to guide outreach strategy
  • Forge partnerships with labs, insurance providers, and referral networks
  • Quality & Patient Experience
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics
  • Lead service recovery and complaint resolution efforts
  • Ensure effective implementation of EMR and digital workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare/Business Management (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing healthcare operations with direct P&L accountability
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, CBAHI, and insurance processes
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
