We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic by coordinating appointments, assisting patients and their families, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The role is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while maintaining efficient clinic operations in line with M42 policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, referrals, and admissions to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Manage clinic schedules and optimize appointment utilization.
- Support patients and families with visit information, guidance, and timely communication.
- Process referrals, pre-authorizations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional patient service.
- Support clinic operations, including reporting, audits, inventory, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Vocational / Technical education.
- Three (3) years of similar experience.
- Strong organization skills and an understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to communicate and relay messages to patients in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken in English and Arabic.
