Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Dubai at Allure Dental And Derma Clinic. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all clinical, reception, and common areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff facilities. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, and properly handling waste and recyclables in line with clinic protocols. The role also involves cleaning and restocking restrooms, monitoring and replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. The Cleaner will work closely with clinical and front-desk teams to ensure all spaces are presentable, safe, and aligned with infection-control and health and safety guidelines suitable for a medical environment.
Qualifications

• Experience in professional cleaning, preferably in healthcare, dental, clinical, hospitality, or similar high-standard environments.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and basic infection-control procedures, including proper use of cleaning agents and disinfectants.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting light to moderate loads, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to keeping all areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Basic communication skills in English to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with team members; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to follow clinic policies, dress code, and health and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment when required.
• Previous experience in a Dubai or UAE healthcare facility is an advantage; familiarity with local health and safety regulations is beneficial.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed to support clinic operations and patient schedules.
