We’re looking for an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our fast-paced and mission-driven team

Requirements:
Qualification: MBBS / BHMS / BDS – Mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a TPA, insurance company, or hospital.
Skills: Strong MS Excel knowledge, leadership ability, and deep understanding of medical claims.
Strong medical and coding knowledge

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of medical claims adjudicators.
Review and approve complex claims as per policy terms and DHA/DOH guidelines.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of claims.
Prepare claim trend and performance reports using Excel.
