Motor Claims specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • To possess and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all motor policies issued by the claims platform.
  • To request information and/or documentation from clients when necessary, and following up such requests.
  • To ensure good customer relations when communicating both in writing and verbally, by telephone or in person.
  • To ensure that all claim files contain up-to-date information as requested.
  • To provide a quality service to clients of other branches where necessary.
  • To ensure claim filing system is kept organized
  • Complete all assigned tasks on Bancs system.
  • Perform any other related duties as required to support the operation.

Minimum requirements of role

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Years of Experience:

  • 0-1 Years of experience
