Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To possess and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all motor policies issued by the claims platform.
- To request information and/or documentation from clients when necessary, and following up such requests.
- To ensure good customer relations when communicating both in writing and verbally, by telephone or in person.
- To ensure that all claim files contain up-to-date information as requested.
- To provide a quality service to clients of other branches where necessary.
- To ensure claim filing system is kept organized
- Complete all assigned tasks on Bancs system.
- Perform any other related duties as required to support the operation.
Minimum requirements of role
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
