Motor Claims Quality Assurance

Responsible for reviewing motor insurance claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality. The role involves identifying potential fraud and reviewing motor surveyor reports to support fair and efficient claim decisions.

Key Responsibilities

∙ Review motor claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

∙ Detect and report potential motor fraud cases.

∙ Review and verify Motor Surveyor reports including damage assessment and repair estimates.

∙ Prepare quality review summaries and improvement recommendations.

∙ Ensure claims follow internal policies and insurance regulations

Minimum requirements of role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
  • Experience in motor claims, survey assessment detection, or fraud
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience in insurance or related field.
