We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Coordinator to join our Medical Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process medical insurance claims
Liaise with insurers, healthcare providers, and clients
Follow up on claim approvals, rejections, and settlements
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Provide excellent customer service and claim support

Requirements:
Previous experience in medical insurance claims or healthcare administration is preferred
Good knowledge of UAE medical insurance processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
