Aster Hospitals UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Charge Nurse for our OT Department. If you are a skilled OT nursing leader with a valid DHA license, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the UAE’s leading healthcare providers.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the OT nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of critical care.
Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, and patient care workflows within the OT.
Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, JCI standards, and hospital protocols.
Provide mentorship and performance evaluation for nursing staff.
Work collaboratively with physicians, management, and support teams to optimize patient outcomes.

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
Valid DHA Registered Nurse License (mandatory).
8-10 years of nursing experience, with minimum 5 years in OT and at least 3 years in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
Strong clinical knowledge, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
